i had an accident last july 18, 2018 and cx5 got written off, so i need to deal with the manager kevin about the gap insurance but before i got the money i got deducted a few times on my car loan and when h off, so i need to deal with the manager kevin about the gap insurance but before i got the money i got deducted a few times on my car loan and when he present the money and a gave it right away in scotia bank besides i still owe them $3++ and i came back to the dealership to speak with the manager and show him that the cheque was not enough i still owe them money ans he said don"t worry i'm still getting money for the cancellation of warranty and i remember the amount he mention around $13++ and i waited a few months there was no money coming from my mail then when i call him he said i need to do it and send to mazda canada and i provide them everything they needed and they said they're supposed to do that not me but anyway i submitted it already then the final answer that i got from them is they send the money right away when the car was reported written off so i told that to kevin and he responded i'll see what my accountand can do then after that he just dissapear no response on my calls and email until now almost everyday i'm calling him and stressing me now so much its almost been a year, these guy are just very good on making a lot of money in sales but when we needed the money from them they always pretending that they are busy and ignoring you such a shame on these guys offering a lot of things then if its us who needed its very hard to them to let go a refund or your money that you paid them before right away this location by the way is in lawrence scarborough More

I recently had an oil change with spring inspection service, as well as a change of brake pads and rotors. Since the car is five years old (Mazda 6 2017),transmission service was also done.
