I recently had an oil change with spring inspection service, as well as a change of brake pads and rotors. Since the car is five years old (Mazda 6 2017),transmission service was also done. When asked why, the salesman said " you don't have enough knowledge but it causes a lot of work to let customers test drive a showroom car ". The statement was laughable since every other showroom I went to, let me check and drive their cars without even sitting and talking with them. More
