Raj Dey and everyone at Scarborough Kia were a pleasure to deal with. Since we were purchasing a new 2013 model in Dec of 2013 there was very limited stock in the colour we wanted. But that didn't stop Raj, he searched high and low and found us our car. Raj was very friendly and honest - he did exactly what he promised and gave us a better deal than we could get elsewhere. One thing we appreciated was that he didn't try to upsell us like salesman typically do. He did mention some of the features of the upgraded model only to remain informative and help us make the best choice. As another reviewer mentioned in their post, Raj also took the time to sync our phone to the car and guide us through the UVO infotainment features (which is pretty cool system by the way). The entire transaction went very smoothly - we didn't waste any time haggling and when we arrived to pick up the car, it was ready to go with a full tank of gas. I've purchased quite a few cars over the years and I must say this was probably one of the best experiences I've had with an automobile purchase - Thanks Raj! More
