I wanted to write a review to tell about my amazing experience at Scarboro Kia with Perry Phetvongkam. My previous car's timing belt went and the engine couldn't be repaired so I was on the hunt fo experience at Scarboro Kia with Perry Phetvongkam. My previous car's timing belt went and the engine couldn't be repaired so I was on the hunt for a new vehicle. After visiting a few dealerships I came into Scarboro Kia and met Perry. He immediately welcomed me into the showroom and empathized with me in my current situation. Being that this was an unexpected expense I was looking for reliability, longevity and something that was also cost effective. Perry showed me the 2013 & 2014 Kia Rio at first and I thought 'wow, a lot of features for a reasonable cost'. I almost was set on the Rio when he also showed me the 2014 Kia Forte. Not only did it have great features, it was also cost effective on a month to month basis as well as fuel economy. He also heard my concerns about my previous car's timing belt problem and indicated that Kia uses timing chains. I went back and forth on the models a few times over the next few weeks and I went into the dealership many times. Everytime I made a connection with Perry he worked with me and made me feel valued. He wouldn't loose his patience and wanted to ensure I was happy with my decision. This illustrated to me that he showed genuine care and concern. I was impressed. I ended up moving forward with the 2014 Kia Forte and I'm glad that I did. I think this has been the best decision I have made in a long time! Great Job Perry & the folks at Scarboro Kia! I will surely recommend my friends and family to you! More

Our old car was time to turn and we needed a new car I notice on tv the new Sorrento and was in love with it I went in with my dad for it was his new car and was so happy to meet Raj. He told us everything that we needed to know and wasn't at all pushy he wanted to make sure that this is the car we wanted and to be happy. He walk us through how to use the features and came in on his off day when we were picking up the car to make sure all went well. This is what I call great excellent customer service. My husband and I approached Scarboro Kia, as were are a member of the "Automobile Protection Association. I was very happy to find true customer service from both Rob and Raj. We first approached Rob s member of the "Automobile Protection Association. I was very happy to find true customer service from both Rob and Raj. We first approached Rob sometime at the end of November and discussed what my options were. We finally decided at the end of December to seal the deal and I am very happy that they were able to get the colour of the car that I wanted it. Since Rob was unable to finalize the deal, due to surgery, Raj was very accommodating to help fill in the blanks that Rob and I spoke of. All my requests of what I wanted done to my car prior to the day I got my car were met. There was one little hick up in with my back up sensors, which Raj was very accommodating to help me fix this issue and hopefully soon I will be able to bring my vehicle back in to have the sensors that Rob and I spoke of. Otherwise I am looking to many years of being a Kia customer. More

Went to have a look only at the Sorrento and once Perry gave us a test drive and his expertise knowledge on the car, it was a done deal. He offered no gimmicks or better offer approaches, he allowed me to tell him what I wanted and expected and it was lived up to the latter!!! We received the car in record time and exactly when I wanted it. Honestly one of the best dealings I have ever had with any car dealer. The fact this is a long time family run business was appealing to me also Perry is a solid down to earth sweetheart and his approach was more than appreciated.
