Disappointed with service. Crystal was amazing and it was a pleasure dealing with her but I left with more problems than I started with. new purchase overall i was pretty impressed with Dan and Jami and his team was a nice effort to help out my wife who recently wrote off her car . He needed to communicate with Dan better . The leasing details weren't correct and although they honored the first month payment they didn't explain the importance of listing my wife as Co lease' . This made it a difficult task to change everything over to my name and change the payment plans etc . I was super impressed that Dan and Jami gave us a extended test drive for my wife .In the absence of the rental that the SGI adjuster messed up on this came in integral on the sale of the Malibu .
