New Traverse This is the second vehicle me and my husband have bought through SMP. Both times we have been very impressed with the vehicle as well as with our salesman Dan Barett. Not only is he considerate and easy to deal with, he sends home flowers after a purchase. This shows the type of character he is and we will continue to deal with him! As well we dealt with Dani Friesen who is also very easy to deal with and she was very quick to email back to us any questions we had. Kari Paulsen is also a friendly face to us when we go there for service or when purchasing a new vehicle. It is very fun to chat with her and she treats us well. Best service I have ever received!! Wow! I took my car to Saskatoon Motor Products for an oil change and to repair my tire and I couldn’t have left happier with the service I received! F Wow! I took my car to Saskatoon Motor Products for an oil change and to repair my tire and I couldn’t have left happier with the service I received! From the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a happy man who made sure I was taken care of immediately. Multiple people approached me to make sure I had been taken care of instantly. I was actually early for my appointment and there was a man ahead of me whose appointment was scheduled after me and because of making me wait they gave me a free travel mug! I literally had to wait two minutes, if that, and was not upset about it at all but it was such a nice gesture for them to go out of their way to make sure I was happy from the beginning! I have recently become a coffee drinker so I am so excited about my new mug! From there, everyone I had to deal with was amazing; everyone in the shop, the guys that drove me around in the shuttle, and the cashiers that took my payment! Every person was so friendly and helpful! Everywhere I went someone made sure I was attended to promptly if the individual that was supposed to help me was busy upon my arrival. I have never been to a place where every single person had a positive attitude and made me feel special. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful but they also provided speedy service! They made sure my car was dealt with and back to me in less than two hours. Thank you to everyone at SMP for the awesome service!!
