Very frustrated I Had a truck lined up to buy, drove over 5 hours to find out that the truck was sold and then shown only one other vehicle even through I was told t I Had a truck lined up to buy, drove over 5 hours to find out that the truck was sold and then shown only one other vehicle even through I was told thay had many vehicles to choose from. And then was told the bank needed a $10,000.00 down payment even through we had a 2017 truck to trade in. Whole lot of we can do this and do that, but it was a whole lot of xxxx in the end . What a waste of time and money. More

New Malibu I went into the dealership interested in 2018 close outs on Malibus. Steve did an excellent job of showing me all of the features of the car and took I went into the dealership interested in 2018 close outs on Malibus. Steve did an excellent job of showing me all of the features of the car and took me for a test drive. I feel that the dealership gave me a fair price for my trade in, but I did feel a fair bit of pressure to make the purchase from the sales team and I ended up spending most of the day in the dealership. I am very impressed with SMP’s after purchase service! As part of my purchase the dealership agreed to set me up with a deal on alloy rims and winter tires. Steve took care of setting up everything and I got a beautiful set of rims and tires for cheaper than I could find anywhere else. I also had 3M paint protection done. There was a minor issue with the edge of one piece, but Steve and Mike made sure that this was taken care of when I went back for the winter tire install. I also found that the battery terminal cover was brkoen and Steve got me a new one right away. Thank you Steve for going over and above! More

Her sister Jamie was very patient and kind in setting up the computer stuff for us. Because we are quite inadequate with technology's, the newer generation are often impatient with us older folk but she was a good and patient teacher. Loved how when all was said and done we felt like we didn't get ripped off but felt good about the deal we got. More
