I'm 66 and for my retirements I bought myself a Honda Civic Type R. It was very hard to get so I was in an not at fault accident at the University and my insurance company desjardins sent me to them and Civic Type R. So I trusted that and went there and my rear. My rear passenger quarter panel had a small dent in it but the door skin on the passenger door needed to be replaced. So Roy Nichols decides to cut my whole car up and cut the quarter panel off and I was livid and the body man and older guy says yes I wouldn't have done that but I was told by Daniel to do it so I had to accept it and I was content as long as it was going to keep its composure and not rust in a year or two. And guess what happened he didn't seal the property. It started to rust really badly so I called him up and the woman is evil. She said too bad so listen to this. I was riding my bike the other day and I know Bob, the owner and just by coincidence he was outside blowing his leaves around so I talked to him and he's known me for a long time and I started talking about my cars. I have expensive cars and he does two and he says oh yeah I remember your cars. Yeah nice and so then I thought it was a perfect time to mention it to him. So he said well I don't know who did it. But if you did the job right that wouldn't happen. So Denny says what do you want done? You want it painted? That'll be 10 grand so you just contradicted and conflicted his statement. He says it should not have happened but then all the sudden he snapped and says give me 10 grand and I'll paint it. I told him what the insurance company told me that you're an authorized dealer and they guarantee that if the work fails like it rusts that they have to make it right and Bob didn't say okay. Bring it back and I'll take care of you. Nope he just became very mean and said so. What do you want you want it painted 10 grand. He didn't don't even know what it was. The rear quarter panel needs to be fixed. It's all rusting where they cut it and welded it and didn't seal it properly. Never take anything to them. They are butchers and use cheap parts. This is not a regular car. This was very hard to get. I had to go on a waiting list and I paid $60,000 for it and that's how Bob responds when you know. I thought by being on the level with him and he's known me for a long time and he knows I have nice cars that he would say. Okay, you know I'm going to take care of you. Bring it back. Nope he just then he changed the subject and says geez the leaves are falling. I got to do some work. Yeah it goes to show right away. I had this Epiphany he's blowing the leaves. He can't hire a person to do it. That's how cheap he is and he's like what 75 now. A real stand up Guy. The principle owner and his new body shopanager Trina. I talked to another guy same age as me and he has some expensive cars and he told him a similar thing happened there and they did something and butchered his car and he complained and they fixed it and then Daniel The previous body manager disappeared. He was a real piece of work that guy. Daniel, so after Bob says to me on the sidewalk that well I don't know who fixed it. But if they did it right that shouldn't have happened especially to your special car and then he contradicts himself and says what do you want you want to paint it. I said I want it to be like it was before it's got to keep his composure like the rest of the car. It's just 10 grand to paint it More
