My experience with Castel at Roy Foss was by far the best I've had in purchasing a used vehicle. Castel is a very kind and patient person, and doesn't use any of the typical high pressure techniques employe I've had in purchasing a used vehicle. I came in to look at a used traverse I'd seen in auto trader, but he steered me toward a different Traverse that was LESS expensive than the one I was looking at, but was, in his opinion, better cared for and in better general condition than the one I'd seen. Being naturally suspicious of used car salesmen I was looking for his angle. But after talking with him for a bit I realized that he was really just a nice guy who wanted to help me out. And it turned out that he was right. I do believe I got the better Traverse thanks to him. And when it came to the safety inspection, a mechanic saw a part that would need changing soon, but didn't require it to pass the inspection. Castel made sure the part got replaced, saving me the trouble and expense down the road. I highly recommend Roy Foss to anyone looking to be treated fairly in the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
