I ordered a fully loaded Escalade on Jan 7, 2022 with a deposit, for an expected delivery in June of 2022. June has come and gone with no communication from the dealership. I am fully aware/understand the difficulty related to the build/assembly issues due to availability of parts. So saying, I have left three separate messages for the sale’s manager, Vince, without the courtesy of one return phone call. The lack of professionalism is shocking and dismaying. Any other dealership would be a better plan for an individual looking to purchase a Cadillac. Shame on Cadillac for not identifying dealers that do not properly reflect their brand. More
We dealt with Mike R. And Hass. Both were easy to deal with. We lived out of town, so we did the financing portion virtually. We were going to go the week before and Mike And Hass. Found something else we liked their pricing is very competitive. Once arriving there we were able to test drive and look over vehicle as we hadn’t yet seen it in person. Once we were satisfied we sat down the Mike finished the paperwork. We were very happy with process and the quality of the vehicle we got. More
Just got accused of buying and shipping cars by the dealership manager "Costa". The original sales guy was ok and no issues with him " Mohammad". Costa, Totaly unprofessional and just rude. If you are serious luxury car buyer do not go to these guys, im embarrassed for them... Just for refrence we wanted to buy two Cadillac escalade for the business. They assumed we were shippers to overseas... unbelievable Got my deposit back and told them to F off. More
I was going to use my extended warranty (titan) which was sold for $3000 to me and still valid but Luciano & Sal both the worst advisors refused and accused me for having accident which was absolutely xxxxx sold for $3000 to me and still valid but Luciano & Sal both the worst advisors refused and accused me for having accident which was absolutely xxxxxxxx. So ther charged me more than $200 for diagnosis + rental car. So disappointing. I will never go back to this stealership. More
Just purchased a used Enclave from them today. The sales and financing team were great to deal with. The car it perfect. Very stress free and smooth transaction. Terrible lack of professionalism shown by used car manager, Mike Ragusa. We were refused a test drive after spending two hours looking over a 2021 Cadillac XT4 and we’re told if we didn’t like the veh manager, Mike Ragusa. I've never been as humiliated before as I was at the Royfoss Dealership. 3 weeks ago I went there and with a representative, I saw a car that I liked. In my case it would be a trade. My 2012 Jeep with Royfoss Dealership. 3 weeks ago I went there and with a representative, I saw a car that I liked. In my case it would be a trade. My 2012 Jeep with 60,000 Km, perfect condition, only owner, has no accident. Well 3 weeks ago, when autotrade.ca arrived, they told me that my car was between 10k to 12k, for trade. I was excited. But I did have to think about financing the rest of the car I would like to buy. Yesterday I returned to Royfoss, in order to buy the car I had seen 3 weeks ago. After answering several questions, the salesman was talking to his manager. He came back with the proposal for me. This time they offered me 3.5k for my Jeep, 6.5k less than thirteen weeks ago. I also told the seller that he had already offered me 10k, but he said that his manager did not want that amount anymore. That was a humiliation. I didn't know what to say to him. Get out of there with your face on the floor. I went on the autotrade.ca there, in front of him and showed the value of my car. I also showed the values that a jeep like mine is being sold on the market, with a much bigger km than my car. Humiliating, depressible, I have never been through anything like this. I felt the worst thing in this world. A trash. I will never return to this place and I will not recommend Royfoss to anyone. Send feedback History Saved Community More
Saturday September 12, 2020 I entered the dealership to view a white 2016 Ford Edge SEL. I Spoke with Mohsen Ketabian, I viewed the car and took for a test drive. The Car was listed $13,999, I offered $12, view a white 2016 Ford Edge SEL. I Spoke with Mohsen Ketabian, I viewed the car and took for a test drive. The Car was listed $13,999, I offered $12,000, and that's when Mr.Ketabian's attitude changed. He said "you've wasted my time". He continued to get upset as I was firm with my $12, 000 offer. He then disclosed that the dealership had acquired the vehicle in a trade-in for $3000, and he wouldn't dare sell it for anything less than listed price. As the dealership was closing he tells me to "come outside" to continue his childish tantrum. What I find outrageous is the temperament of the Mr.Ketabian and lack of professional skills to deal with customers. What I find funny is that Mr.Ketabian didn't even counter my offer, instead he made it personal where he brought up my job and compared it to himself. This agent has an ego problem and I wouldn't recommend him or your dealership to anyone. I've called the manager and left a voicemail, still no work from management.
