Beware Disgustingly RUDE Staff! Was given nothing but attitude from the receptionist Melissa on both occasions when I dropped of the vehicle in the morning a Disgustingly RUDE Staff! Was given nothing but attitude from the receptionist Melissa on both occasions when I dropped of the vehicle in the morning and when I picked up my SRX at night . At night I had to wait over 10 minutes as she was no where to be found!!!! Then when she got there I had told her how long I was waiting and was given nothing but attitude and an eye roll!!!! I only come to Roy Foss because it's close to work. City Cadillac is closer to home the last time I will be to Roy Foss. I was treated like I was bothering them! This dealership has no Class! More
