Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we do not believe nothing will be done since we have been down this road already and nothing was done, thus we don't trust anything will be done now. Its difficult to believe that you did not want to provide the proper ramifications of service when our vehicle was still under warranty, as to why you would want to now the warranty is expired. i can assure you, we did not take pride in writing a bad review but found it necessary to share an exact account of our experience and they way we were treated and left feeling with a vehicle we were afraid to dive as a result of that experience and service received. To date we have not truly enjoyed our vehicle because of what we believe to be negligent service to our vehicle. We are now considering selling the vehicle after we rectify all the deficiencies we inherited from rouge valley. I certainly believe you know who we are, which is not important at this point, unless this is a common practice whereas too many to remember. Furthermore, its redundant for rouge valley to rectify these problems, considering I am having all these problems rectified out of pocket, since as i mentioned our warranty has expired. In addition, we have lost trust and loyal for rogue valley service center to provide reliable piece of mind service. My primary concern with our vehicles, was and will always to ensure my family feels safe in well maintain and reliable vehicles. I am sorry you were not able to provide that service or promote that feeling for us.
