While wiper blades are generally considered "wear and tear" items and are not covered under the standard new vehicle limited warranty, we do acknowledge your concern, especia lly given you've only had the vehicle for two months. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding about the coverage for the wiper blade replacement, however, we do acknowledge that it is our responsibility to clarify pricing and warranty coverage before any work is done, even if a service is requested. Although our service advisor covered the cost of the new wiper blades in hopes of rectifying the miscommunication, we regret that this miscommunication led to your frustration and negative experience.
