Both Coach and Chelsey were most helpful and even had the car sent down to me in Cochrane from St. Albert a distance of several hundred kilometers to try it out. I just moved to Alberta and was looking for a work vehicle. I just so happen to share the same last name as the dealership so I thought it would be a great place to start. He helped me pick out a vehicle that suited my needs for work and personal use. It has been well over 10 years since I bought my first car and I brought my parents along just to help me out. The whole process of buying, registering, and insuring a car is quite different here than in BC. Ludwig walked us through the whole process and made things as easy and painless as possible. With his help I didn't even need to bring the parents along! I'm loving my new vehicle which has all the bells and whistles which is a nice change from my first vehicle... We test drove vehicles at 8 different dealerships- I think the fact that we bought a Ford at a Chevy dealership shows how much we liked Todd and his salesmanship. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction as to which vehicle would best suit our son for his business. He accepted our son's offer which was great as well. I has such a wonderful experience! The last car I bought was not very good one and Shane helped me get in to a new safe equinox ! And I had in such a little time I didn't have to wait long ! I have to tell you that I hate shopping for vehicles. Not this time! We had a blast. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle at a car lot. Dean Sowden was funny, caring, genuine and not your typical used car salesman. Sorry, but that is why I don't like buying cars/trucks. I can not tolerate all those sales lines and attitudes. Now all of that being said........there were a few xxxx ups after we bought the truck. It was a used truck that had just come in on trade and still had to have all the checks done to it. We signed the papers and left the truck there to be picked up at a later date. They were extremely accommodating and helped us to have a hitch installed, trailer brakes and remote start. All of this went so smoothly. We were really pleased with the cooperation of everyone including the finance people. The day came to pick up the truck! Happy, happy. Well.................. Somehow some mechanical issues were missed and after driving it down the highway for a while it became obvious there was a real problem. We had to return the truck the next day. This stressed us out a bit as we were leaving on holidays with this truck. We ended up losing a day from our holidays but we could not be happier with the way we were treated as a priority. They worked their hearts out to make things right. So we would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone we meet. More

My family and I received a very warm welcoming no pressure sales attitude from the team at Ron Hodgson. These guys made us feel right at home, it felt as though we had known these guys for years. My 4 year old daughter who is very energetic loved it there she felt right at home as well (Alan gave her a balloon and when it blew away he didn't hesitate to give her another. Dean put her right to work watering the plants lol. It kept her very busy). Whenever I had a question for Ludwig he was always available or quick to respond. He was very friendly, easy going, genuine, and also had a great sense of humor. Ludwig worked hard to ensure that I was getting the best price and credit rating possible for the car I wanted and was excited for me because he could see how excited I was. We did a lot of shopping around and we have a lot of experience with vehicles -it was a really good price! Mike at Finance worked hard to get me a really good rate on financing. Alan the Manager was very friendly, funny, but professional and involved.
