The show room seemed very busy but all sales reps were very courteous and friendly. The popcorn machine was almost empty so the kernels tasted scorched but since it was later in the day it still was a ni very courteous and friendly. Our sales rep ( Lisa ) was very knowledgeable in the features of the vehicle I was looking for and searched for 2013 Equinox in other dealerships looking for colors other than black or white. Lisa offered a 2013 Equinox for a test drive and on my return I noticed a nice light blue one in the lot - but it was a 2014. Lisa supplied the keys and a plate so I could test drive the 2014. I didn't drive far and I knew I was sitting in my new vehicle. Because Lisa said she had no room to move on the price of the vehicle as it was a 2014 she worked out a discount on the protection package. I felt it was alot to pay for a small SUV but I do enjoy driving it and it has many features that I was not looking for and also did not know existed. I got the vehicle on the day that I was told it would be ready and that tells me that Lisa is the BEST in customer service! More

We had a good experience here at Ron Hodgson Chevrolet Buick GMC. Originally went in just to take a look around at our options for a new vehicle, and ended up finding something we really liked. Bob was very honest with us on how things would go, and answered any questions we had about the deal we were getting, how the finacing part would work (as much as he was able to with the knowledge he had), and how things would work once we went to pick up the truck and taking it in for warranty/chekups, ect. Something I really appreciated is that we weren't treated differently because of our age. That is something that I've had to deal with and it was really nice being able to walk into a dealership and be treated as an adult. I would definetely reccomend this dealership to someone else.
