I came in to look for a replacement for my work pickup truck. Shane asked me what I was looking for and immediately set me up with a smoking deal on last year's model pickup (2013 Sierra Crew), and a 2014 truck. Exactly what I was looking for. I went with the 2014 and gave Shane a list of accessories that I needed. He gave me a timeline that it would take to get them installed. Since I needed a vehicle before this truck could be ready, Quentin set me up with a car to drive for a couple days while waiting for the truck. After delivery of the truck, I looked over the quality of the installation of accessories and they were very well done. The truck was completely clean and well presented. Totally worth the wait. Hands down, the best part of dealing with Shane, Quentin and the entire team at Ron Hodgson were that they listened to my needs, told me what was available and let me choose what I wanted. They made this a great experience and put me into the exact vehicle I wanted. I'll be sending all my friends there. More

When I bought my truck it had a broken antenna so the sales rep removed it from my truck and swapped it with another one in the show room. That should have been a clear indicator of the dealership! Now every time I take the Truck in I get lot of "couldn't duplicate the problem" excuses. So they avoid ever fixing anything, unless it is a gasket! Amazingly enough the problem is back a day or 2 after getting home. All I want to do is switch brands! More

Hi, I want to say that I am impressed with Dean, and the whole crew at Ron Hodgson in St. Albert. As I was looking around on the internet for vehicle sales, I found an SUV at Ron Dodgson and decided to call whole crew at Ron Hodgson in St. Albert. As I was looking around on the internet for vehicle sales, I found an SUV at Ron Dodgson and decided to call to inquire. Dean answered the phone with enthusiasm, happiness and cheerfulness. We spoke for a few minutes about what I was looking for and I went down to the dealership to take a look at what was available. Dean was very helpful and interested in finding a vehicle that suited my needs and the needs of my children. After taking a couple of test drives we came to the conclusion that there was nothing on the lot that I was looking for except a GMC Acadia which I thought had too many km. Dean said he would take a look around and see what was out there. I took the Acadia for a day and fell in love with the way it handled, I felt safe in this vehicle. I talked to Dean the next day, which was his day off, and he said he found a vehicle and said it was in another town and felt it could be at the dealership the next business day. However, because I fell in love with the Acadia I decided to buy it instead of waiting for another vehicle that I may not like anyway. Threw this process Dean was very helpful and interested in finding us the right vehicle and that he did. He was the kindest, gentlest, funny, compassionate and understanding salesman I have ever met and would recommend Dean and the dealership when looking for your next vehicle. An A+ job! More

Considerable comfortable discussion took place.....we took the vehicle for a test drive and we were impressed with the vehicle. Lengthy discussion again arose over a coffee as to purchase price, warranty etc.. A good price was quoted by Shane....we liked the price and I agreed to make the purchase. Throughout the finalization of the transaction Shane was attentive to our requests etc. and likewise his Sales Manager and the Financial Officer, the rapport was , in my opinon, excellent. The first place we went to was Go Auto, where we had a bad experience. So my Dad convinced me to go to Ron Hodgsons. I got a card from someone named Coach who was very nice and helpful. At first Dwayne was helpful and tried to find something that would work for us. He found us a vehicle that we agreed on and we started with the financing process. All of the financing was going through my Dad since he has better credit. My Husband was not convinced this was the vehicle for us, so I finally got him to talk to Dwayne to get all of the info. When Dwayne talked to my Husband he gave the impression like I am dealing with your father-in-law, not you. I still somehow managed to talk my Husband to go ahead with this vehicle. I got a call from my Dad the next day and he said everything has gone through it is ready to pick up. We went to go get it and as soon as we got out of our vehicle Dwayne came out without ever having met us and said "it's not here", he didn't introduce himself, shake our hands or anything. He was very rude so we left after he tells us it went in for a final inspection and cleaning. I got a call from Chelsey in the finance department and I explained to her our experience and she apologized and helped us with the insurance information and told me she would get someone else to call me from Ron Hodgsons. I got a call about 5 minutes later from Todd, who was very helpful and answered any questions we had and put us at ease. The next day at 11:00am we still hadn't heard anything so my husband called Todd and was told that the tie rods didn't meet the requirements and were being replaced than it would be detailed. If we would have known this in the first place we wouldn't have thought about backing out of this deal. We thought it was in an accident or something, once we were told what was going on we felt alot better about the whole thing. When I picked up the vehicle I had my toddler with me and I was sick. Todd was fantastic, he came out as soon as we got there,asked if we needed anything. He walked me through all the paperwork and helped me transfer the stuff from my old vehicle into my new one. He explained how everything worked and asked if I had any questions. He was awesome trying to keep my grumpy daughter occupied and even rinsed off my license plate for me. I would recommend this company again but I would tell anyone to deal with Todd or Coach and stay away from Dwayne. More
