Bob was able to find us something that fit our budget and that my son was happy with. Chelsey Burgess in finance was also very helpful with that part of the process, as were Mike and Vance. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the treatment we recieved. We had bypassed a closer dealership because of a past bad experiance there and we were pleasantly surprised to find they are not all the same. We will definately shop at this dealership again! More
I had a sensor issue with a new vehicle I recently purchased at Ron Hodgson. Brought it into the service department at the end of the business day on a Friday to try to book it in for service next wee purchased at Ron Hodgson. While I was there, she also had one of the lube rack personnel install my locking lug nuts. They were getting ready to close for the day, but still took the time to look after my needs negating a need to come back at a later date. Great service by great people. Thanks for everything. More
We found the car we were looking for on the Ron Hodgson website and began the conversation online. James was very helpful, first through emails, and then in person. He walked us through the process, which was excellent, since we hadn't bought a car in 14 years. He was very patient with all of our questions. The dealership let us take the car for several hours for our test drive, with the offer of buying us lunch. Our test drive took 2 hours and gave us a good idea of the feel for the car. We were given a reasonable price for our trade in and a good price for the car. I would highly recommend the Ron Hodgson dealership and James as a sales agent. The only problem that I have is that the dealership is so far from where we live, but it's not their fault we live so far away! If the sales staff is any example of the service they provide, I'm sure they offer great service. One reason we chose to buy from Ron Hodgson was the recommendations we received at work. They have an excellent reputation here. More

I bought a used car from the Ron Hodgson on February 21, 2014 and had a great experience with them. My time wasn't wasted trying to show mw cars That I wasn't interested in, or any other tactics used by a lot of dealerships. I phoned and told him what car I wanted to test drive and when I would be in. When I showed up the next day the car was waiting for me, running with a plate on it and everything. When it came time to buy the car, there was no games or illusions. I got what I asked for which was the car. the price listed matched the finance price they quoted me. All and all I had a phenomenal experience shopping and would highly recommend shopping here to anyone. More

First thing I booked my 2013 chev impala in for a washer fluid sensor, washer fluid spray nozzle, and rear defroster was not working. I had to wait till my days off to book it because the dealer service dep fluid sensor, washer fluid spray nozzle, and rear defroster was not working. I had to wait till my days off to book it because the dealer service dept was busy, so that was a week and a half away. I was ok with that because these aren't big issues to have warranty repair. But here is the issue On Feb 19,2014, I dropped my car off at 10 am and was told my vehicle would get serviced that day. At 450pm I was called by the service desk and asked if my car could stay over night as they only have one "trim" guy who takes care of these minor problems, but they would have my car ready by or before 12pm the next day. I was not offered a loaner car or anything to make up for the loss of use of my car for these really minor issues. The next day I get called at 2pm that my car is finally done. I was pretty upset with the lack of good service already, but at this point I explained to the service advisor that I have lost use of my vehicle for these minor issues for almost 2 days, I also lost out on overtime shift which cost me 400$ because of their lack of tech's to fix minor issues within a reasonable timely manner. I was offered NOTHING for the large inconvenience caused by the dealer's lack of techs which is more insulting and shows lack of care for their service department. So buying a car was a decent experience, but when it comes to the service end, Ron Hodgson dealership FAILS miserably!! SO lesson learned, ask the dealership how many techs they have before considering getting your vehicle serviced there. More
