I told Ludwig what i was looking for and although he didn't have exactly what I wanted, he was respectful and honest. He took my name and number down and said he would find it. Sure enough he did in a very quick manner without any pressure. The finance staff and Ludwig made it easy to afford the truck I wanted. After everything was done the service kept coming Ludwig walked me through the shop and introduced me to the other employees taking his time making me feel welcome. He also told me some stories about Ron Hodgson himself and the generosity he has given to others in the community which made me feel that buying through them was the right choice. Of course after walking out the door the service did not end he phoned me a few days after to check up how the truck was and if there was any problems. Fortunately the truck is great and could not be happier, but its a good feeling knowing that if something happens the staff at Ron Hodgson will be there more than happy to help.
