Fantastic customer experience from start to finish I purchased a Buick Lacrosse from Ron Hodgson Used Car Center. Upon meeting Hugh in the lot, I was impressed with his friendly approach and genuine nature. Hugh listened intently and respected the fact that I had done my homework, Hugh also respected my budget (which I happily raised once I was sold on the overall value). I honestly believe that I got a great deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Hugh to my friends and business network and I look forward to a long relationship with the dealership as I approach servicing and upgrading in years to come. I should also mention that the dreaded trip to the finance department was actually an enjoyable experience. The young lady explained all the options clearly and there was no pressure sell. Truck Shopping From the moment we stepped on the lot we were treated like we mattered. almost like we were family. Hugh was awesome and made sure that we purchased the truck we wanted. We gave a down payment and were scheduled to pick it up in a week. When we were on our way in Hugh gave us a call to see what time we would arrive at the dealership as he wanted to be there when we arrived. Even though he was already off work he was there when we arrived and that means a lot. He could have passed it off to someone else but he didn't. A year ago we purchased a new Dodge truck at a different dealership and I gotta say we were treated better at Ron Hodgson than at the Dodge dealership. Before and after the sale Hugh has called us on his time to make sure everything was good with the truck. I don't think we have received one call from the Dodge dealer to date. We would definitely shop here again for new or used. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had taken my vehicle in for a tune up, and to source an issue with some lights not working after I paid for the bumpers to be re painted. After $15 I had taken my vehicle in for a tune up, and to source an issue with some lights not working after I paid for the bumpers to be re painted. After $1500 in sourcing hours, they claimed I needed a new engine, not a tune up, and it took their electrical specialist 6 hours to source an issue with an aftermarket light that a GMC dealership installed. There were a total of 3 lights to source, one was on a bumper that we Re & Re'd after the paint job, and their tech didn't start with that light??? lol Anyway, we get to the engine. I ordered it with ample time to have my vehicle back for our trip that we had booked 6 weeks after the begging in of all this. They said engine would take 10 days... it's been over 4 weeks, still no engine, it's still on it's way. They quoted me $3000 more than 2 other engine repair shops, but I figured a GM place was the smarter place to go, longer warranty, etc. Boy was I wrong. Dealership does not return calls, dealership never has answers when I do get someone on the phone, and all they do is make excuses. Today, over 4 weeks after ordering the engine, and 3 days before I needed the vehicle to tow the rented trailer I've paid for, I've been informed that there is no chance the engine is going to be in in time to go on vacation. They've ruined our family vacation, offered no solution other than waiting longer, and only concern themselves with blaming others for the engine not arriving yet. More

Just window shopping I was just out and about window shopping to get back into the GM family as I owned a Chrysler Aspen. Had to do something to downsize and reduce my monthly costs. Wasn't planning on buying that day but Hugh was very kind and understanding so we talked and looked at different used vehicles. We went in to see what would/could work for me financially and came out with a few options for what was on lot. So, three hours later, I left for bed.(had to work nights). Got the call from Coach that everything worked out and made arrangements to go back next morning to finish a deal. This wasn't the first time purchasing from them and won't be the last. Funny thing is, I may have purchased from GM family, but now I'm in a Chrysler Town and Country mini van. I'm good with that because it has all options I need for having 5 kids. And my costs are lower which was my main concern, and they worked with me to achieved that the best way possible. More
My surprise Malibu I stopped in with my sons to look for a used vehicle for one of my sons Micheal. Anyways we found a vehicle he was interested in and just 2 cars down i saw this beautiful Red Malibu. I've had 2 previous Malibu's and was just in awe of 'her'. I had to have 'her'. Hugh came and assisted my son with a purchase of a 2007 used Sonata, and was instrumental in assisting a deal for my purchase also , right after Micheal's. So my experience was very good and a great surprise. More
