Very friendly and knowledgable staff I went into this dealership to purchase a truck. At first I was looking at buying a used truck, but they got us into a new one that we really wanted I went into this dealership to purchase a truck. At first I was looking at buying a used truck, but they got us into a new one that we really wanted for the same payments pretty much. We went in on a Monday, and were told that our truck would be ready to go on Saturday, which was fine with us. We then got a call on Tuesday saying that it was actually going to be ready Wednsday, which was great, as we could then start our holidays early. Also every single person we came across at the dealership was great, from the first gentleman that we met in the used car lot, to the salesman and manager that we ended up dealing with. More

Custom Built on Time & Exceeding Expectations I recently purchased my third Sierra 2500 Duramax from the Ron Hodgson Group. Each of my trucks have been built with 4" suspension lifts with custom w I recently purchased my third Sierra 2500 Duramax from the Ron Hodgson Group. Each of my trucks have been built with 4" suspension lifts with custom wheels and tires. My previous two vehicles were built by the dealership in advance so I was able to drive them away right away. However, when it was time for a new one this year there was nothing in stock that would meet my needs. "No problem," said Ludwig Ernst our sales rep, "we will build you one exactly how you want it," he claimed. Although I was excited about the possibility of selecting all my custom options I informed Ludwig that I was leaving on holidays in two weeks and would need the truck by then. Once again, Ludwig replied "no problem". What followed afterward was pure dedication on Ludwig's part to ensure I received my vehicle on time for my holidays. He personally drove my vehicle to all the places it needed to go to ensure all my selected aftermarket options were installed including: sunroof, headrest DVD players, 4" suspension lift, custom tires & wheels, box liner, fender flares and running boards, The amazing thing is each of these options were installed by a different supplier creating a logistics nightmare. Incredibly, Ludwig personally followed up with each supplier to ensure their work was done correctly and prompty. Sure enough, three days before I had to leave on holidays my custom built truck was ready. "Come and get it, " said Ludwig. As a result my family and I enjoyed a fantastic vacation in BC, effortlessly pulling our 33' 5th wheel trailer through the mountains. Oh, and midway through our vacation I received a text from Ludwig asking if everything was satisfactory. I have purchased many vehicles in my day, and I can honestly state I have never received this kind of service from any consultant or dealership. I am thoroughly impressed and it is without hesitation that I would recommend Ludwig and Ron Hodgson GMC to anyone considering a new vehicle. THANK YOU!! More
