Hugh the fantastic! after going to four other dealerships (with two toddlers in tow) we dealt with every kind of "typical" salesman you could think of. We were ignored, insulted, rushed, and blatantly lied to and felt as though our weekends were being wasted. We knew what kind of vehicle we wanted and the price range. After yet another online search Ron Hodgson finally had what we were looking for. They actually had 4 to choose from! Feeling like a kid in the candy store we loaded up the kids (who were sick and tired of looking at cars) and drove over. Once on the used car lot we were greeted by Hugh with a warm smile and easy going-ness. We went through all the same initial conversations we had with the other salesmen only to find a more personal and friendly approach. We received a fair price for our trade-in (thanks Al) and was given space and time to discuss the finalization of the new purchase. We decided on a specific vehicle and Hugh was there helping every step of the way. We were not rushed, pressured or intimidated at all. Mike in finance worked his magic and managed to get us an unthinkable interest rate. He also was great at explaining all finance terms in a language we could understand. We picked up the vehicle two days later and have been nothing but happy. There was a slight issue with another company that was hired to install the remote starter, and Hugh was at the ready to help. We were able to call Mike and Hugh anytime with questions and they always got back to us within an hour or so. All in all we were blessed to have Hugh walk up to us that day. He clearly isnt just there to sell cars and hit a quota, but to make connections and have you feel like part of the family. I had fun! I felt very comfortable around everyone. I didnt feel pressured into anything i didnt want. As sick as i was i was thinking about my little ray of yellow sunshine i had brought i was nervous it would not be cared for Bob assured me not to worry just get better. Do you know that he actually made follow up calls to the hospital and to my home to check to see how i was feeling, It made me feel so touched to realize that someone i barely knew could be that concerned for my physical well being. Thanks Bob would i recommend this man and Ron Hodgson heck yes. This is a crazy world but the staff made me feel welcomed and very important. Wes was our initial salesman, but he was so rude to my daughter and I. He also lied. He told us that he had two Sonic's 'on sale'. Then when it came time for the deal, he said the 'sale' price was the rebates she was entitled to. That's not a sale? So at that point, my 19 yr old spunky daughter asked to finish her dealings through Shane. I wouldn't recommend Wes to anyone. More

Needless to say, I did not really know what to look for to ensure I was getting the best bang for my buck. However, Ludwig did not let me just "settle" for a vehicle. He was sure to recognize all of my standards and wants, and did everything he could to find a vehicle that I would absolutely love! Ludwig provided exceptional customer service, and went out of his way to make sure I had the best deal possible, and everything I needed to drive off the lot overjoyed about the vehicle I had purchased. It is obvious that Ludwig's main goal is great customer service and he is nothing short of fantastic! I would definitely recommend this dealership for any car buyer, and I will most definitely be coming back for any future car purchases! More
