Randy Bass did so for me, and the experience went from good (pre-omission) to poor once the omission was made, to fantastic when resolved. We approached Ron Hodgson looking at new vehicles. Craig Chorzempa is one of the most car-fluent young men I've ever spoken with at a dealership. He spoke at a level that anybody could understand initially, and when pressed to get technical was capable not only of meeting a higher standard but then stepping back and explaining his point in more general terms again. Had the price of a brand new Regal (which he pointed us to) not been out of our range, I would have confidently and happily purchased from him. Across the lot on the used side was Randy Bass. Randy carefully listened to what we were looking for, considered what we were saying, and hesitated before showing us a vehicle slightly above our maximum but that met my requests. The 2013 Buick Regal that I went on to purchase from him is fantastic and exceeds my expectations. There was an omission in the detailing done upon pickup, but Randy had a proposal to resolve that omission within one business day, and I picked up what may be the finest detailed car I've ever driven in. Suffice to say, what was a potential problem became a highlight of the experience. The staff are all courteous and friendly (Craig even went out of his way to talk to me when I came by to pick up the used vehicle that he ended up not being the salesman on and was still as enthusiastic as before), and Randy responds quickly to messages and concerns. This was an excellent car-buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Once I decided to buy this car, he then took time to make sure I understood all the features it had to offer. He even went so far as to sync my phone to bluetooth! Terrible Service - Would not recommend I just bought a used GMC Yukon Denali. I purchased it because it had warranty left on it for the 5 year 60,000 warranty. The front grill was flakin I just bought a used GMC Yukon Denali. I purchased it because it had warranty left on it for the 5 year 60,000 warranty. The front grill was flaking off. They took a picture of it and said it was rockchips and that they would have to send it off to the western Regional Service manager to see if GM would cover it under warranty. They said they would call me back. Two weeks later I heard nothing. I had also asked them if they would replace the back Hitch Cover under warranty as it had fallen off. The service adviser looked at it and said no it is not covered.....he also went as so far to say that it was an after market hitch and a cover would not fit over it. What? Denali's come standard with a hitch. I drove down the street to Western GMC, not only did they replace both the grills and the hitch cover on the spot, no questions asked, no pictures needed, no excuses made - they went above and beyond and did nearly $8000 of warranty work. I can not say enough good things about Western....however I will NEVER return to Ron Hodgson for service again. More

There was no pressure or intimidation in either sale, he genuinely wanted to get my daughters into the vehicle that was right for them. The sale went quick and painlessly. Chelsey from the business dept remembered me from the other daughter's purchase two years earlier (amazing) no mistakes made and that part went smooth. On the way out Jeff Hodgon happened by and Ludwig introduced us. Jeff talked with me not about cars but about family, and good places to buy a suit. that. Little 10 minute chat made me feel valued as a customer. I will describe the people I dealt with like.
