After my initial look at the vehicle he did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot, simply indicated his interest in earning my business. My wife and I were able to take a relatively long test drive the next day and we concluded the sale negotiations in a relaxed and no-pressure manner. Bob was very good at providing information and documentation regarding the vehicles features and options, and remaining warranty coverage. The vehicle was cleaned and ready for pick-up when promised and the paperwork for finalizing the purchase and documentation was completed in an efficient and helpful manner by both Bob and the Finance Manager (Ludwig Ernst). I was also impressed that Bob advised me that there were two remaining free oil changes under the existing service agreement. All in all a professional and positive experience with staff that demonstrated both great knowledge and interpersonal skills. More
