Very friendly, and helpful. 3 months ago my fiancé and I walked into the used car office and sat down with Ludwig. He took the time to get to know us and find out what we wanted 3 months ago my fiancé and I walked into the used car office and sat down with Ludwig. He helped us figure out what we could expect to get with the amount we wanted to pay. And there was a car that had just arrived on the lot the previous day that was perfect for what we needed, but it was just out of our range. So we walked away. So 3 months down the road we came back to see if there was anything else that had shown up and much to our surprise the car we had test drove was still there. So we sat down with Bob and discussed what the final price would be after everything and by now it was within or budget. As we were doing up the paperwork, we went to see Ludwig in the finance department. After all this time he remembered us, asked us questions about our wedding and even referenced small details that we had talked about back in March. Overall very pleases with the dealership and will definitely go back in the future. More

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I stopped in to look at used trucks but there wasn't anything that interested me at the time.
