The sales manager is your best friend as long as the answers are what he wants to hear. Quentin was happy to see us until we didn’t buy, and then decided that the best course of action would be shouting at my family and kicking us out. More

I was in a situation where I had to by a vehicle due to mine being written off. I was extremely over whelmed with having to make such a fast purchase but Yvonne made the process so much easier. She was available through text or phone anytime I had a question, regardless of how ridiculous it may have been. Ludwig in finance made the process just as seamless as Yvonne. He was very open and honest about the whole finance process and didn't keep anything in the dark. He was easy to contact and always had an answer for my questions. My overall experience was really top notch at Ron Hodgson GMC and the staff, especially salesman Shane Osepchuk, should be commended for providing an alternative to the typical high pressure car/truck sales environment.
