Excellent Buying Experience Started shopping for a mid-sized pick up truck 6+ months ago and had visited several GMC, Chevy and Toyota dealers in the process. Eventually ended u Started shopping for a mid-sized pick up truck 6+ months ago and had visited several GMC, Chevy and Toyota dealers in the process. Eventually ended up at Ron Hodgson as they were recommend by Car Cost Canada and can understand why. Our buying experience was terrific. Our sales person Craig Chorzempa was awesome. His knowledge about the vehicle was considerable and the information he provided was factual; unlike other dealerships we visited where the sales staff frequently needed to go find a brochure to answer our questions. Anytime we visited the dealership Craig knew exactly who we were and we did not need to re-introduce ourselves or refresh his memory about what vehicle we were interested in. We ended up ordering a vehicle (2016 GMC Canyon) to get exactly what we wanted and Craig was tremendous. He was very upfront about how long our order would take and what the process would entail. Craig was always great about answering our multitude of questions while we worked through the process and waited for the vehicle to arrive. He was happy to communicate by email, phone or in person; very accommodating to our needs and schedule. In addition to Craig, we also interacted with Chris Evans in Parts & Accessories and Ludwig Ernst in Finance. We had a very similar experience with both. Chris was great about helping us capture the right accessories and again was tremendous at communicating. Ditto for Ludwig in finance. He took the time to explain all our finance options and worked with us to make sure we were happy with our eventual cost and payment plan. The Ron Hodgson Dealership staff truly went out of there way to make us feel like our business was important to them. Terrific customer service and buying experience. Will definitely consider buying another vehicle from them and recommending them to family and friends. More
