Great Sales, poor service If I had to rate this place based on department I would give the sales department 5 stars and the service department 1 We have purchased 2 vehicles If I had to rate this place based on department I would give the sales department 5 stars and the service department 1 We have purchased 2 vehicles here and always conducted our service here, I find the service department to be condescending and uncooperative, the first problem is a service advisor doesn't even answer the phone is a women who basically takes a message and makes you wait for a call back I'll focus on my most recent experience, I called in explained I had very minimal time so i laid out my situation to her which was simply my wife needed to drop off her 2016 Malibu for an onstar diagnosed problem and that I expected a service loaner or rental car for her, the car has 2500km on it at this point, my wife has used the service shuttle in the past only to be late for work and this is unacceptable to me, at which point she told me that she would take a message and pass it on, this is 30 minutes before the service department closes when I told her again this wouldn't work especially considering I had left a message with her the day before in an unrelated matter and had never received a call back, she started talking over me when I finally got her to transfer me to an advisor Again after reiterating everything to an advisor I was told that there was no service loaner and that GM didn't cover a rental until the second day the vehicle was out of service, I literally had to get angry to get the dealership to pay for a one day rental which is $50 out of their pocket but apparently not worth keeping a customer happy unless you get angry When you have had a vehicle for 3 weeks and it needs warranty already I would expect that a good service department would just find a way to keep a customer happy without the customer first getting angry To their credit they did get my wife a rental and did drive her over but what bothers me the most is that the advisor lied straight to my wife and said that all I had to do was ask and they would have accomadated her a rental, which is crap because he had every opportunity to do so before I got upset but he didn't While there my wife confronted them about why they didn't return my phone call from the previous day on a unrelated matter, I had inquired about a new windshield..... Wait for it the advisor told my wife that they do not make a windshield for her car yet.... That's right they don't make a windshield for it, he went on to explain the glass shop they dealt with didn't stock it so they couldn't help us so that's why I didn't get a call back I have found this windshield through two different shops and the service advisor here couldn't be bothered to do anything more then the bare minimum of calling there preferred glass shop, to me that's called crap customer service Do yourself a favour buy your car here, but service it elsewhere Quick follow up, I spoke with another GM service department laid out the situation and was told that ALL of their customers who loss use of their vehicle receive a dealer paid rental on day one, no hassle no arguments They also found my windshield in about 3 minutes while I was on hold on the phone Needless to say they will be receiving business in the future More

Called and spoke to Wes to confirm vehicle advertised remained available. Went to dealership, met with Wes. Found vehicle to be exactly as advertised. Advised was not interested in long drawn out back and forth negotiation process. Came to agreement on purchase easily. Recommend Wes and this dealership highly. More

My visit there was by chance because at the time I was only seeking a set of rear tires for a different vehicle, although I had been looking at replacing my truck in a year or two. So what really sold me was the parts staff, specifically Ralph Guido who was more helpful than I could have hoped for.
