It went in for a tune up and came out running rough with an engine light on. Which was annoying not being able to clear up the issue or use the remote start. We had all but given up after 8 visits. Then we heard that Ian Woodger was now working at Ron Hodgsons, so once again we took it back in and Ian dealt with the issue, He recommended us taking it to Edmonton Motors and the car was fixed in one day. Ian took his time to explain that the Cadillac Engine is different and needed a Cadillac shop to work on it. We had the timing chains fixed and it was all covered even though the extended warranty had expired over the two years of it not being fixed. That is great customer service! I would definitely recommend you talk to Ian if you bring your vehicle in for service, he is on the ball and very honest and efficient! More

They out performed a Sherwood Park GMC dealer by leaps and bounds and gave me TOP dollar for my trade. $5000 more then what the other dealer was going to offer. Thanks Daniel Abday Also, I had the unfortunate bad luck of a tire puncture that could not be fixed with in days of picking up the truck. I didn't know if Ron Hodgson could help but reached out to them for their expertise. They tried and after exhausting all avenues to try and help me out the best they could. Things were looking pretty discouraging. The tire puncture in reality was no ones fault and I was pretty pleased with the effort of the service and sales staff in their attempt to fix my bad luck. I stopped into Ludwig Ernst office just to say hi as he looked after the financing details for my new truck. Ludwig informed me that I in fact did have warranty coverage for any tire and rim damage which I had forgot about. It was a week since I bought my truck and he remember every detail of my sale. This dealership is seriously awesome!!!!!!! More
