This is the third time we have purchased a vehicle from Charles. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and can answer any question you may have relating to a Honda car and if he is no Charles. He took as much time as we needed to explain everything necessary about our new car before we drove it off the lot. He followed up after having the new vehicle for a couple of days to see if we had any questions and he has always been available when we had any questions with the other cars we leased from this dealership.
