I had the pleasure of buying our new 2026 Honda CRV from Charles Chan at RoadSport Honda. Long story short - we bought our new vehicle from him. Charles within 5 mins put us at ease as he fully understood our situation, nervousness and what our real needs us. He went through all the options that we were considering ( used, new, lease, finance etc) very very patiently. He is a very active listener as well. Took us on the test drive for the vehicle we wanted and explained a lot of the new features very patiently. He handholded us through the process and got us a good price for our old car we traded in. Once we got our vehicle, he helped us with all the new features inside that we could use right away. He also hooked us with the many training. Honda videos. The good reviews brought me to this dealership, I wish I didn't. Albert sold me a trade-in vehicle claiming it was in very good condition, no extended warranty was discussed, later to find out that they do didn't.
