I was at roadsport Chrysler today Jan. 5th 2020 and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had an appointment for January 4th 2020 and when I arrived the technician was off for the day, s say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had an appointment for January 4th 2020 and when I arrived the technician was off for the day, so that meant I had to leave and come back today the 5th of January. They charge me almost 2 hundred dollars for 1hours work. They can charge the public what they like but when they make a mistake and have a customer reschedule there life to get something done, your time is worth nothing. I was thinking about buying a new ram 1500 larimie but I will take my business somewhere else for sure. My advice is to look for another dealership. Good luck to you and keep your hand and eyes on you wallet. I am giving roadsport zero stars as my rating. More

Went there when I was looking to purchase a new vehicle but didn’t end up buying one from them unfortunately but I got to say it was a great dealer experience. Flash forward 6 months, I purchased a new vehicle from a different dealer but brought my new truck to Roadsport to get serviced because the dealer I purchased my truck from had terrible customer service. Michaela In the service department is top notch and very knowledgable, she made sure my service experience was great and I’m happy to say I’ll be taking my truck there for all my future service appointments.
