After a few frustrating visits to find out why the "check engine" light kept coming on he went to great lengths (to say the least) to get to the root of the problem for our trusty 2005 Jeep Liberty-best car we've ever owned. While we thought it was the "end of the road" for the car, Joe calmly reassured us that he would find the problem and so he did!! He thinks we'll get a bit more use from it, but are keeping a eye on buying a new Jeep Cherokee Sport when it eventually goes. Looking after Customers, the way it is supposed to be done Right from the start of my recall (frame crossmemeber) Joe was a total Pro to deal with, he could deal with me in a manner which would calm me down. Right from the start of my recall (frame crossmemeber) Joe was a total Pro to deal with, he could deal with me in a manner which would calm me down. Make no mistake I am not one of those hotheads that yell and scream at folks, or do nothing but give people a difficult time of it. After being sent Warranty extension to 10 years, I took my 2010 Caliber in for Frame Inspection. Joe reported my inspection had failed. I will be quite candid I was quite pissed, after 7 years what the $&@).... Once again Joe did an admirable job of reassuring me of this Dealerships skill levels, and that everything will be alright. The day that my Crossmembers were replaced was extremely satisfying not only did I meet other dedicated, sincere folks, and a first rate Mechanic Dave, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve, and Wolf the Shuttle Guys, Amy the Parts Specialist, and Connor, Joes' counterpart. Not only did Ginger (my Caliber) handle like she was new again, but she was also quieter, moved differently, and was overall........ a way better Ride then when I brought her in....... Although I required additional work, ( which would permit 4 wheel alignment to occur ), these folks did a very......old school....... ( some of you guys might remember what that was like ) Pro job of it, I did not get the chance to let Dave know in person, how appreciative I was that he looked out for my Ginger, but as he is also a Sabbath fan, I believe he already knows. This is my second Chrysler Tried dealer based on their good rating from searching on line for first time and was very happy with exceptional service. This is my second Chrysler minivan town and country in the past 6 months from 2 different dealers other then this one. The first one was from Scarsview and the second from Scarborough Chrysler. Had bad experience and service at both dealers. Unfortunately my first one was written off in a bad accident but happily to say saved my life. I was starting to think if I made a right choice in buying a second Chrysler based upon my past experiences at two different dealers. Today I can honestly say I'm starting to feel better with my choice after meeting a group of people at Roadsport Chrysler that took their time and care to make me feel at home. I will like to take this time to say thank you to Connor Brooks (Service Advisor) that welcomed me for first time and helped out at the end of the day to get my oil changed,check fluid leak and get sqeeky door fixed all in a matter of time. I don't mind paying more for service some times, this time I got great service at a great price. Also thanks to the Mechanic Dave which spend his time to give me his honest opinion on what his conclusion was with the leak. Thanks Dave door isn't making noise anymore. Last but not least thanks to the rest of the dedicated people like the receptionist and people behind the parts and service desk. They made me laugh after a hard and frustrating day. Looking forward to my next visit at RoadSport Chrysler. More
