Honest & straightforward I have dealt with several dealerships over the years. After having a far from "good" experience @ another dealer (service / warranty work), I decided I have dealt with several dealerships over the years. After having a far from "good" experience @ another dealer (service / warranty work), I decided to try STRAIGHTLINE. Why do you ask "try" ? I returned to this dealer due to my purchasing a previous vehicle there. (brand loyalty was already in place, so it ultimately came down to service & value for me) The reason for the initial purchase was due to an honest salesman (yes, they are out there.!.) with the added bonus of a caring service manager. After a few years over driving my previous vehicle, I went to trade in my 2013 for a newer model. Everything went sideways on both the trade-in value and an incompetent finance department. On top this was the presence of a biased sales manager who did not seem to even blink an eye for a RETURNING CLIENT who provided multiple referrals for Dodge/Jeep shoppers. How was this experience different ? Returning for service, I had a near perfect experience. The original service manager was still there, and a new team member (service) met my needs from start to finish. Ms. Olsen comments include: a professional & inviting phone voice, informative thru the service process, genuinely cares about her customer, detailed technician notes were provided upon pick-up, and was very easy to deal with. With myself being in a similar industry this is nothing shy of refreshing to experience as.!. To add to that, I was greeted by the new GM (Mr. Hamilton) on my way out who ensured that my experience went well. I will return & can only hope that my sales' experience will be as smooth and worry-free. More
