I had explained that their shop truck was set up just like i would. Without hesitation Mark was able to offer to sell the parts van. Who does that? I was introduced to Clarke, who sat down with me and discussed the options. Ten minutes in he simply asked what i could afford and what he could offer and a deal was struck. Return Attempt I was in the market for a new vehicle. My options were a jeep or another brand. I did go to Straightline reluctantly as i did not have a good experien I was in the market for a new vehicle. My options were a jeep or another brand. I did go to Straightline reluctantly as i did not have a good experience from this location under previous owners(Denham Dodge). Under the old owners, the service was good at the start then fell DRAMATICALLY. Which in turn caused me to take our vehicle elsewhere. I went back to this location( now Straightline) to try it out. I had a very good visit and was treated very well. Although i did not purchase a vehicle at this time, It is now on my list of dealers to go to. Erin was very helpful and did not try to 'persuade' me to buy. She heard my situation, we got some options together and we even did a test drive.
