Only reason this is a 4 star instead of a 5 star was once we got to finance there were 2 times we were promised a call within a particular time frame and we did not receive a call. In dealerships defence it is coming to year end and I’m sure things move a bit more slowly but we felt if a call is promised then a call should be made (even if just to update us on the status). The lot manager brandon introduced me to Mark and Jake who offered me coffee and one of the two always kept me company and were very knowledgable.
