If the service is going to take more than a day they always give me a loaner, and not send me through the hassle of a rental car company like other dealerships I've been to. The service department customer service is what lead me to consider a new vehicle from straightline, which I have just purchased. My Dream Dealership My purchase at Straightline was a dream come true. Our sales representative, Mark Gohmann was absolutely the best. Mark arranged for It to be transported to Fort Saskatchewan at no cost to me. My Trailhawk was exactly as described, no surprises. As an example of going the extra mile, Mark picked me up at my home in Edmonton and we drove to Fort Saskatchewan to complete the sales paperwork and payment. At no time during our purchase was I pressured to "over buy", or up-sold anything I didn't want or feel necessary. I feel very good about my new Jeep and the very good price I paid. Excellent Staff I came into the dealership after realizing I had a leak in my fuel tank after hitting something on the highway. Average I was not as sharp as I should have been. I let myself be sold things that I did not need, such as extended warranty, tire warranty and vehicle prote I was not as sharp as I should have been. The sales person who went over the vehicle with me when I picked the vehicle up was very helpful and new the vehicle well. The sales manager was eager to make a deal but should have spent a little more time explaining the costs of the add ons. The onus falls on me to be sharper as I feel I signed the papers with Karen a little blindly. Karen the financial person did her best to get me a warranty that better suited my driving needs after I complained about the original contract. More
