Lies and Deceiving They will tell you anything to make a sale, then go back on their word. First of all they offered me 3 free years of extended warranty if i purchase 1 They will tell you anything to make a sale, then go back on their word. First of all they offered me 3 free years of extended warranty if i purchase 1 year. When they showed me on their computer, they wanted me to pay around $1500 for 48 months of warranty. When i asked why 48 months, when i should only pay for 1 year, they told me there system does not go down to 12 months. So, in fact they want me to pay for the full 4 years(there is no 3 free years). The next issue I've had with River City is that they advertise that you get 1/2 price oil changes for 3 years(reason #2 for buying from River City) on their reasons to buy from River City display in the showroom, website , and TV commercials. I was also told by my salesman that I would receive this as well, until I went to get my first oil change they told me that only applies to used vehicles. Went to go talk to my salesman about this, and he is no longer with the dealership. Nowhere on their showroom display, website or TV commercial does it say used vehicles only. Lied to and deceived once again. The third issue was that they offered a lifetime powertrain warranty, as long as you get all services done at their or any Tricor dealership. This includes all oil changes done at every 5000 km with a 1500 km grace period. But in their contract it states that if your vehicle has a oil monitoring system, oil changes and tire rotations must be done at. least every 12,000 km. When I went over the 5000 km between oil changes, even though I have the oil monitoring system, I was told that my warranty was void. Again LIES AND DECEIT. BUYERS BEWARE. They will tell you anything and everything you want to hear to make the sale, then go back on their word. More

Best Customer Service I've Ever Had! My husband and I had been thinking about buying a Ford Mustang for years, more seriously lately. We were in the city one day (from Kenora, Ontario) and were driving buy River City Ford and stopped in to take a look. We had no intention of buying a car that day. But then we met Tom Iliopoulos. What a great guy! He wanted to sell us a car, and we wanted to buy one from him! His customer service is second to none and I honestly feel that he cares about his clients. Working with Darren and Kyle at the dealership and via cell and email was awesome, they new my schedule was extremely busy, worked with me in the manner that worked best for me and made the whole process from start through delivery of the vehicle very enjoyable (and I don't enjoy the car buying process). I also dealt with Elliot and Cristele in financing and they were fantastic, Cristele even personally delivered some needed paperwork to me at the insurance agency when it was realized I had one document that was incorrect. That was awesome! I can say that the staff at River City Ford made this experience really easy and convenient for me. More
