I drive all the way across the city for these guys! I recently purchased a preowned 2012 Ford Escape XLT through River City in February 2015. Within 3 months, I received a call from a team that works with all of the banks to get you the best rates, and not only did they get my interest rate to drop 8%, but I drove away a 2014 Ford Escape SE that day! My sales associate, Tom, and finance manager, Elliot, were amazing to help me above and beyond, giving me an experience that exceeded my expectations! I can't thank them enough. And I love my new SUV! More

Total garbage !! Dont even pull into the parking lot. The service department is a joke with very rude attitudes. Once in the service door they will try to talk you out of bringing your vehicle in for service. Then they will do a low rate job on the repair after not giving you a rental or a shuttle ride home in the rain. Then when you get it back interior panels are half off and they say thats how it is. When you ask to see a new car to compair they bring it back in and fix it right. Dirty hand prints on a tan head liner is also very nice to see. No care or concern for your veichle after perchise. They already got paid no need to worry about you anymore. More
