Awesome Experience Having recently written off my 2007 Escape, I stopped by River City Ford on my way home from work one evening, expecting just to view some newer model Having recently written off my 2007 Escape, I stopped by River City Ford on my way home from work one evening, expecting just to view some newer models in their showroom. When I walked in, the the showroom seemed to be just bustling with staff and several customers, some of whom were celebrating the purchase of their brand new Ford vehicles. I was pleasantly greeted by Justin Craine and right away felt very welcomed and at ease with his friendly demeanor. He was very patient and listened to every single detail I provided in what I was looking for in a new vehicle. The more we spoke, the more and more evident it became that his young man really knew his stuff. He was so professional and extremely knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. I actually returned the next day when I had more time to test drive the 2016 Escape SE, and bought the vehicle that same day. I was extremely impressed with the time Justin took to ensure I fully understood all the options, electronics and care for the vehicle. He, and the rest of the team at River City Ford, really went the extra mile and took what started as an overwhelming, stressful experience and turned it into a relaxing, rewarding and satisfied experience. Excellent Experience - would highly recommend....see Justin I must admit, I have become increasingly impressed by the staff and levels of Service at River City Ford. This for the most part can be directly attr I must admit, I have become increasingly impressed by the staff and levels of Service at River City Ford. This for the most part can be directly attributed to Justin CRAINE, who not only coaxed me back to Ford, but has made me a true believer in their trucks. This was no easy feat, as I have been an owner of a Chevy Avalanche since 2006, and revered this versatile vehicle which served me well over many years. However, after experiencing some difficulties with my Avalanche which was getting older and wearing down, I had occasion to meet with Justin who suggested I look at the current Ford F150 line for a possible replacement. He went to great lengths to show and demonstrate how great Ford vehicles really were, but in all honesty I was hard to convince. Despite looking at, and not biting on a number of very suitable Ford Trucks, Justin (perhaps in frustration) later had the occasion to offer me a used 2013 Avalanche that came onto their lot as a trade-in. I took a long hard look at the vehicle, but it really wasn't working for me. Instead, I turned to a new Ford F150 Sport 4 x 4. Through his patience and perseverance, Justin not only won me over, but brought me back to the Ford family (my first car was a Ford). My experience at the dealership was fantastic. Justin essentially knew exactly what I wanted and wasted no time presenting available options. My choice was made quickly after that, and the purchase of a new Ford F150 4x4 was finalized without any difficulty. River City Ford also quickly delivered on everything I wanted by way of accessories which were also expertly installed. I was impressed by their Service and Justin was very easy to deal with. Afterwards, one issue I noted with the Ford truck , was dust accumulated in the truck bed despite the tonneau cover being closed (unlike my Avalanche). I approached Justin who researched my concern and found a solution with a tailgate seal kit which I ordered. Shortly afterward, with 1,600 km on the truck, the windshield was smashed by a flying rock on an overpass. As it turns out, River City Ford is certified with MPI for glass replacement. This allowed me to go directly to River City to make a claim and have the windshield repaired with a factory Ford Replacement, something that was quite important to me. The Body shop staff processed my claim within minutes, and arranged a day for me to bring the truck in at my convenience. Shuttle service was quickly offered, though not required. At the same time my seal kit had arrived, and to my surprise, the body shop offered to install it at no charge while the truck was in for the windshield replacement. When I picked up the truck, it was also washed and detailed. Impressive to say the least. I have found the staff at River City Ford are reliable and true to their word. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They say people will not always remember what you did for them, but they will remember how you made them feel. I believe Justin understands this, and is more than worthy of trust, which he has clearly demonstrated in his dealings with me. I will continue doing business with Justin and River City Ford. My wife is looking to replace her Chevy Trailblazer and we have been looking at Ford Explorers. Justin will be the first person we call. We also have friends and family who have been looking at Ford vehicles. They have already been referred to Justin, as when you find someone you can trust, you will stay with them. More

There was no attempt to oversell or try to put me into a higher priced vehicle with more bells and whistles. After the deal was agreed to and accepted his after after sales performance was second to none. His concern about a minor problem with a glove box was immediately taken in hand with the service group and corrected for which I am grateful. I would not hesitate to become a repeat customer of Tom.
