Traded in jeep for a 2016 Ford Fiesta I traded in a broken Jeep Liberty I owned and bought a new 2016 Ford Fiesta from river city Ford. Had a great experience. I was helped by Justin who is one of the sales reps. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I didn't have that experience like you normally would at a car dealership. Justin wasn't pushy like a sales rep normally is and he was very concerned about what I wanted in a car. He took the time to talk to me about each car, let me test drive the cars, and talked me through the system inside the vehicle . I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta standard, which I didn't know how to drive. Justin was great stayed late and taught me how to drive a standard. Overall the experience I had with Justin and river city Ford was great. I picked up the car the had it cleaned and everything ready to go. They called a week later and checked up and made sure everything was running well with the car and made sure I liked my purchase and was happy. If I needed two cars I would have bought two from river city Ford right away. More

Since going to River City Ford we have had nothing but good experiences with all of their staff both service and sales departments. Recently we were looking at upgrading and were investigating the escape. We first met with Tyler Allen who introduced himself not only to me and my wife but also to our two kids. He kept them entertained and made sure we were comfortable as a family while we discussed options and what we were looking for. He was very patient and tried to be helpful with anything he could assist with. After finding the vehicle we wanted, he handed us over to Jen who straightened things out for our finances with minimal hastle. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our dealings with River City Ford and they strive to make sure that the customer is happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend trying out their service / sales. Given then opportunity, I'm sure they would impress you. 😇Excellent sales personnel Tom I I have to say that I have never been greeted by any other dealership as we were the moment we drove onto the parking lot, let me mention that there wa I have to say that I have never been greeted by any other dealership as we were the moment we drove onto the parking lot, let me mention that there was more than one time that we pulled in and each time we were greeted the same way. This was a very stressful time for my wife as she was not wanting to purchase a new used vehicle. The friendly staff went above and beyond. The dealership was very clean and all of the staff had a job to do and did it very well. Tom listened to what we were looking for in our next vehicle and then had a couple of vehicles for us to look at. We had the opportunity to look through and test drive the vehicles that we were in interested in. Tom worked very hard to please us, especially my wife who was harder to deal with. Tom continually went back and forth trying to get us the best deal with the greatest options. And when we walked out of the dealership without any purchase agreement we could tell that Tom still wanted to work his hardest to find us the perfect vehicle. Tom followed through and called us the next day. A few days later we showed up at the dealership unannounced and was greeted by Tom as if we had been best buddies. Again Tom worked his hardest to get us what we thought was a great deal. Later that day we signed the papers and brought home our new used vehicle. It was so nice to be treated fairly by a salesperson who we believe was truly working in his customers best interest. We have not stopped telling our friends about the sales experience we had with Tom. More
