Poor customer service Offer many promises prior to purchase and no follow thru after papers signed. Poor after sales service. Can never get ahold of sellers in a timely fashion. Many vehicle problems,told me they did me a favor by paying for paint at time of sale when it was damaged on a new vehicle?? Told me oil pan that was leaking at 10000 km was paid for by them as a nicety not that was under warranty (on a new vehicle). Cabin air filter changed twice in one week at 10000km ???? And left their tool and work gloves behind with glove box trim pulled off and not returned. Told they had paid for my oil change when it had been promised but never actually reimbursed. Promised a heated steering cover that has never surfaced. At time of resolution staff manager very arrogant and flippant. More
