DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS! Took my vehicle to River City Ford Collision center on an insurance claim to replace my front windshield. When it was replaced; the molding(S) around Took my vehicle to River City Ford Collision center on an insurance claim to replace my front windshield. When it was replaced; the molding(S) around the windshield kept flying off (flew off the 4 times they tried to fix it). River City Ford had broken the fastening mechanisms. This started in September 2019 and in February 2020 when they "FIXED" it again, it was loose. Scott Sparling said, "I hope it stays this time; cause we're not "fixing" it again. I said, "what do you mean, you're the ones that broke it" He walked away, saying I would have to speak to a manager then!? For over 5 months I was getting the runaround, I caught Scott Sparling in many lies - Big sign out front saying They Restore to Perfection, Big sign inside that says They will implement a "can do" attitude with the goal of finding a solution to every interaction LIES! Scott Sparling doesn't follow that policy, he seems ok with vandalizing other people's property and walking away from any accountability. When I took it to an actual glass installation shop, they said to never go anywhere except a glass replacement shop, because these self-proclaimed "Restore to Perfection" collision centers don't have the expertise to install windshields. River City Ford should have the decency to acknowledge that they weren't capable of doing that type of work. I spent way too much of my time and money going back & forth to this corrupt collision center without any compensation, any apologies & a simple "we're not fixing it anymore" DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS!!! More

Great service. Great people, just bought my second new vehicle from this dealership. Justin in sales took the time to answer all of my questions without feeling pressured. I stopped at the dealer to get a faulty bulb checked. I was going to make an appointment but they took the vehicle right away and within minutes the problem was revolved and I was back on the road. I came in to get a taillight replaced. There were two people working the desk to start which was great! Then one had left and it got a little busy, so even though my car was done, I had to wait a bit! An people working the desk to start which was great! And just a suggestion for future, they had to wait for my taillight to be brought over, which is reasonable. It would have been a kind gesture to tell me if they could while I was sitting there wondering what was wrong because I could see they weren’t working on it.
