Reliably informative, friendly and not pushy We were considering Honda and Toyota as well as Subaru. We feel fortunate that we got Andrei Shadrin when we went in to Subaru. He didn't try to push us into anything, rather he listened to what we wanted (a basic car with few extras), told us what Subaru had along those lines, and responded to all our queries with accurate, reliable information. He was also unfailingly tactful and polite, even when my wife and I didn't agree on what we wanted! As a result we quickly got to trust and like him and were inclined to complete a deal with him. I also helped that we liked Subaru. I would certainly recommend him to others looking to buy a new car. More

Andrei and I took the car on an extensive test drive, and he was really knowledgable about the car even though it was a used model from a different brand. He was extremely friendly and we had great conversation throughout the deal. Once we got down to negotiation, things moved very quickly and fairly. We got on the same page about what it was that I wanted to talk about (out the door price, including any fees). There were some delays the next morning when I came to pick up the car, but it was completely understandable. I had gotten there before the sales side was officially open, and they had to call someone in to finish the insurance and registration. Would definitely buy from Andrei again! More
