Communication and follow up was outstanding, and we can really tell how much he values his customers and prioritizes customer satisfaction at all times. After we negotiated a price, the paperwork was quick and painless. The dealership itself is small but comfortable. Parking was a bit tough but it shows how busy they are. I have not have the chance to visit their service centre but will post a separate review of that later on. If you are looking for a Subaru, go see Mike Lee. More

Upfront and Honest Working with Mike was a treat. He was informative and helpful. But what I liked most about dealing with Mike is that he was upfront and honest. He asked for my expectations and was able to get me as close as possible. I will say, I felt a little had in the end when dealing with extended warranties (but that's only because they have a great warranty package) that I failed to account for on my end. In the end, his colleague in finance found a way to still provide exceptional value. I'll have to update my review again once I've experience more of the after purchase service care; but I have a good feeling it will be satisfactory. More
