As good a car buying experience as car buying can get I had done tonnes of research and was looking for my 6th Subaru. I had also travelled from Alberta to get a better Subaru market in Vancouver, so I wa I had done tonnes of research and was looking for my 6th Subaru. I had also travelled from Alberta to get a better Subaru market in Vancouver, so I was prepared when I walked in to Richmond Subaru. Austin kept up to date on my progress from Alberta once we connected, and was very helpful and unassuming once I arrived to the showroom (which was very important to me, because there is nothing worse than a "stranger" telling me what I NEED at my age!). That said, he zeroed in on a 2019 Outback that ended up being what I bought and drove away in. Finance took the time to answer my questions (numbers are not my strong point and I need "bottom lines") and sort out a way to make the purchase work. I appreciate the help and patience, and although Austin throwing in a Subaru mug was a small gesture, it went a long way to leaving there feeling good. When you buy something as big as a car, it's important to feel good about it. I had done my homework, and they helped me make it work out. Thanks, Austin and your team. More

Our Best Car Buying Experience We were shopping for a new Subaru. We had purchased our previous 3 Subaru’s from another dealership, but was never particularly happy with their serv We were shopping for a new Subaru. We had purchased our previous 3 Subaru’s from another dealership, but was never particularly happy with their service, assuming it was par for the course. Our next door neighbour bought a preowned Forester and raved about the great service at Richmond Subaru which inspired us to check them out. We were not disappointed! Our sales associate Mike Lee was great. We wanted to trade in our Legacy for a new Forester and were able to negotiate a very far deal for our new vehicle. Even months later we’ve called Mike with a question, he’s been pleasant and helpful. Richmond Subaru has been our best car buying experience ever! Thank you Mike. We love our Forester. More

Our sales associate George was super friendly My wife and I just bought a used Forester from Richmond Subaru and couldn't be happier with the service. Our sales associate George was super friendly and helpful the day we showed up to look at the car. He was able to answer all our questions and we did not feel overly pressured to buy or put in an offer. The Forester we were interested in had a small amount of cosmetic damage but we were ensured the the damaged would be fixed if we where to purchase the car. We put our faith in the dealership and put in a down payment. A few days later, when we went to pick up the car, we were not disappointed. The car looked good as new! I would definitely recommend Richmond Subaru, and seek out George Koumbounis if you want a pressure free, informative and accommodating car shopping experience. More

Great Service I recently presented Ronny Levkovich at Richmond Subaru a challenge. I was moving with my family from the states to BC and wanted 2 Subaru Outback I recently presented Ronny Levkovich at Richmond Subaru a challenge. I was moving with my family from the states to BC and wanted 2 Subaru Outbacks waiting for me when I landed. I had no experience with any of the Vancouver dealerships, so I “cold called” all three dealers. Basically, I told them: “I want 2 new Outbacks ready, out the door. I don’t care who I buy them from, I just want the best price”. While all the dealerships worked with me, Ronny was, by far, the one who went out of his way to make it happen for me, including transporting the the cars to and from a workshop for hand control installation (I am a handicapped driver). We accomplished everything over the phone, across the ocean, not meeting until I made him come in early on the day of my flight arrival and meet me at YVR. He got the ICBC folks to come in early as well to finish the paperwork, so I could pick up my family and dogs in the shortest turn around time. Subsequently, I have met some of the other folks at the dealership, and all have been very helpfull. I am very pleased with my interactions at Richmond Subaru, but mostly, I credit Ronny for this feeling. More
