Hi Scott, I appreciate you responding to my review but unfortunately, everything I wrote on that review is EXACTLY what I experienced and felt. Nothing was exaggerated and I don't see how there could be any misunderstanding or disconnect. Emails were ignored, I was lied to and things were hidden from me. I had constant communication via email with Alex before the sale. After the sale, no replies to any of the emails I sent. A little too late for any apologies as I have already had my questions answered. It also would have been nice if one of two employees of RH Subaru told me about the "security package" instead of rushing me through the process. Obviously, this was mostly my fault for not asking why I was signing the papers I was signing. The fact that a single tire valve was missing from a brand new car and that no apology or effort was made to make sure I got my tire valve cap was very disappointing. I know Its only 0.10 cents for one but when you spend so much on a vehicle, this shouldn't be happening. Everything should be flawless. I am also not the only one that has felt dissatisfied with Richmond Hill Subaru. I have spoken to many subaru club members(TSC, etc) who have also bought a subaru from your dealership and have also had a negative experience. I appreciate you reaching out to me again and I'm hoping for some sort of resolution however, I just don't see how anything can be cleared up from this. Like I said, I wanted to post a good review but after being lied to and ignored multiple time, I was forced to leave my first negative review for any car dealership. Thanks,
