Superb customer experience It was the first time I went to Subaru to consider changing a new car among a few choices. It was a great experience with the dealership in Richmond Hill. We felt accommodated during the short wait, and arranged a test drive quickly upon our request. The sales rep.,Alex Kam was so efficient and patient, most importantly, knowledgeable about the features of all the models of Subaru and related key information with a friendly atmosphere. Not slightest pressure to buy but simply knowing more about the car we drove. Then we went back about one month later without making prior appointment. I felt bad when seeing Alex was so busy with his customers. Again, he made time for us and had a detailed walk through with us again on what we like to know as a new customer . The whole sales experience is great ! I like to say thank you to the whole team including the lease managers , Sam and Ariela.
