Patient Friendly and Professional We wanted to shop closer to home Barrie or Orillia. The salesperson at Davenport Subaru was rude. The Barrie dealership didn't have any 2015's in stoc We wanted to shop closer to home Barrie or Orillia. The salesperson at Davenport Subaru was rude. We called Richmond Hill and the salesperson Ben checked and called us back letting us know he had lots of stock.We meet with JP Wu on a busy Saturday morning and he didn't rush us. He let us test drive all the vehicles we wanted. By noon we had bought a 2015 Subaru Outback. We met with Sam to complete the deal who was very accommodating as well. We returned to the dealership on Wednesday evening to pickup our new Subaru and again we were greeted warmly and our new Subaru was ready.Very nice experience. More

Highly Recommended I have shopped around many different car dealers; this is the dealer you want to go to. From my experience, other dealers are two extreme, either too I have shopped around many different car dealers; this is the dealer you want to go to. From my experience, other dealers are two extreme, either too hard sell too pushy or some even nobody cares even you stayed half hour there. Although this dealer do not have a grand and luxury place but the people are friendly and helpful particularly Sales Rep Alex Kam, he knows the car inside out and explained in detail sophisticatedly in a simple way how the car was designed and how it works. I was well impressed compare to other car dealer sales in knowledge wise. I bought the car from him without hesitate and few days later I referred my friend bought a car from him too. As from a customer perspective, I would highly recommended Alex Kam is the one to deal with. More
