Excellent customer service I have recently picked up my 2015 BRZ and I must say it was a great experience beginning to end. This location is not very close to where I live, but I have recently picked up my 2015 BRZ and I must say it was a great experience beginning to end. This location is not very close to where I live, but I had read online reviews and decided to make the drive out and see if all the positive reviews were true. I had come in knowing exactly what car I wanted so really I just needed to come in, work out a fair price, and sign the paperwork. I had an appointment with Sean set up to work out the numbers. He was very personable and was very patient with me while negotiating a price. All fees were up front and very clearly printed out on a sheet which I appreciated very much after having a terrible experience at another dealer with their messy handwritten sheets which aim to confuse. We came down to a fair price in no time and Ariela helped me out with the financing and extras. She explained all the add ons and warranty extensions without ever making me feel pressured to buy any of them and helped me get a fair price on the ones I decided to take. The car took a little longer than originally stated (they anticipated 3-4 weeks but it was about 5 or 6 I believe when I finally picked up the car) which I expected anyway because I knew it was on its way from Japan. However, Sean made a point to give me a couple of complimentary services to compensate the longer than expected wait. No problems picking up the car, it was even better than I had expected it to be because Ariela told me during the process that she was able to work out an even lower interest rate for me. Overall great experience and great customer service, made my first car purchase as painful as possible. Would definitely make the drive out again for my next Subaru. More

Lease of a 2015 WRX Sport Tech CVT Model This is my second time dealing with the dealership for a new car. This time around it was a lease and I got the 2015 WRX Sport Tech CVT in World Rally This is my second time dealing with the dealership for a new car. This time around it was a lease and I got the 2015 WRX Sport Tech CVT in World Rally Blue, the traditionally color of Subaru. I had dealt with Ben before as he was the one who had sold me my 2009 Impreza 2.5i sedan. I was waiting for a year before I took the leap on getting my dream car. The decision came last week Thursday, and I went and spoke to Ben. I told him what model I want - the Sport package, and the choice of colors being Dark Grey Metallic, Ice Silver Metallic or World Rally Blue Pearl. My one concern was that, a) they could not put an order through, which means I'd have to get the 2016 model with a higher interest rate for the lease (4.9%). The lease rate for 2015 is 2.9%. Ben looked up the database and said nothing was inbound. However, he spoke to the GM, and he came back with a key. I had a surprised look on my face. That same day, a Sport Tech package in World Rally Blue Pearl had arrived. He showed me the car, and I gave the OK signal to go ahead. He worked out the numbers for a 4 year lease, with $0 down. I made a counter offer, and lo and behold, he matched the numbers that I had worked out myself prior to making a deal. Never had a smooth experience such as this before. Going forward, I signed the papers the next day, as they were able to accommodate my religious beliefs - that when signing for something it should be done on a good day. He understood, and so did the GM. Fast forward to today, I picked up my car and everything was in tip top shape. Also a special thanks to Mike Neofotistos (the detailer working on my car to install the 3M hood, and fender wrap, etc.), to the General Manager (Scott Pearl) for an amazing overall experience. I definitely recommend this dealership, and I feel at home. This is like my second home, and all the staff from sales, parts, and service are great! Thanks again guys! YOU GUYS ROCK! More

Since the car had to be in for several days, I was given a loaner. Micole gave me the choice of three different models and I selected a Crosstrek Hybrid. The car was very nice and it was great to give it a try over several days as this is something I would consider in the future. Everyone from Gene in parts to Suzanne and Micole in service were excellent in helping us get what we needed at a reasonable price and organizing the timing of the work. The fact that we were given a loaner is a HUGE perk and offsets the distance of the dealership from our house. I had asked if someone could give the car a quick vacuuming before I picked it up and they did a great job with that and also wiping down the dash and console! It looks fantastic!
