Smiling from Ear to Ear I bought my new car at Richmond Hill Subaru, from Michael Tran, and he was spectacular! Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a seasonal time crunch, that I bought my new car at Richmond Hill Subaru, from Michael Tran, and he was spectacular! Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a seasonal time crunch, that I had to find a car before winter hit. So needless to say, I was not the best customer to deal with only because the vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot & there was no other option to change my mind. I couldn't wait 4-6 months to order one, so Mike had an enormous challenge on his hands. Greatest thing about the whole experience was that Mike put my needs first and did not force me to buy something at their dealership. He was determined to find the car that I wanted, in time before snow. Needless to say, Mike was able to find what I wanted, in a short amount of time, and have it at the dealership for pickup before snow fell. Without his kindness, honesty, patience, determination & cooperation, I wouldn't be driving around in my stylish new RED ride ;-). Thank you so much Mike! You were an absolutely pleasure to work with and I'm extremely appreciative! I am proud to be apart of the Subaru family! More

She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the features and benefits of Subaru products and advised us of the safety ratings of Subaru and the all wheel drive capabilities, which equate to safety. To be honest, when we started our new car shopping adventure, Subaru wasn't even on our list. We researched and test drove 5 other brands. A friend advised me to take a look at the Subaru products, as they have a good reputation and hold their resale value. So, after spending a couple of hours with Ariela, as she presented the features and benefits of the Outback and a great test drive, we made our decision on that one visit, that this was the right choice for our needs.
