We asked Rob to get us a car we could count on and we are extremely happy with Rob's service, experience with and knowledge about the cars themselves, and the level of confidence and security that we have after our purchase. We did not feel that way at other dealers (including the downtown Subaru dealers), which is why we ended up driving all the way to Richmond hill from high park area to test drive and purchase the car from Rob. I won't bother mentioning the issues at other dealers, only that with Rob, we had none. We would definitely call him first when it's time to get another Subaru. Thanks Rob! More
