Just bought a 2011 Forester, happy I am. Francis took us out for a test drive in a 2011 Forester. We put down some money on the vehicle and came back after the weekend to pick up the car. Everything checked out as we were about to drive off in our wonderful chariot. My wife noticed a cigarette-sized hole in the fabric of the driver seat, next to the headrest. I completely missed it, and unfortunately for Francis, Alejandro, and the manager they now had to deal with the dark side of the love-of-my-life. Francis was gracious and accommodating throughout, and the problem was resolved quickly. You will not be receiving silver medal customer service quality at this dealership. I can clearly see that the folks at Richmond Hill Subaru go all-in to win the Gold for you. More
