We purchased a used Legacy and were very happy with the service we were provided. No hidden fees or pressure to purchase any add-ons after closing the deal. I could not believe the prices at Subaru matched (if not beat) the prices of all the local mechanics I went to in the past. Not only were the prices exceptional for genuine Subaru parts, but the customer service and employee knowledge blew me away. The one person (not to mention all), that stands out to me the most when I go to Subaru of Richmond Hill and who I always look for, for assistance, is the sales advisor Mike Neofotistos. Mike always goes the extra mile to help me and make me understand whats going on with my Subaru when it needs service, so I do not feel like I am getting ripped off or anything like that. Mike is super friendly and knowledgeable on top of everything else, and as long as I drive a Subaru I refuse to go anywhere else! 5/5 stars and suggest other Subaru drivers to go there! More

Unfortunately he already had two appointments that evening and suggested that other sale staff would be able to help. I walked in after supper and was introduced to Kevin by the floor staff. He handled all of our questions professionally and was very observant in noticing what our needs were, which allowed him to provide honest recommendations to what he thinks was right for us. He was never pushy (a trait that is very rare nowadays seen in Sales folks) and had given us his honest insights, to which we truly appreciated. Although we ended up purchasing another vehicle of another make, I just wanted to commend Jeff for a job well done in giving my family and I a very pleasant experience at the dealership on an otherwise snowy morning. My father and I had a positive experience with the staff (Brett/Sam) who assisted us. They are cordial, knowledgeable, patient, receptive to questions, and not overbearing. The entire process from initial visit and test drive to finalizing documentation to pick up the purchased vehicle was smooth and relaxed. Based on my experience with the Sales side, I recommend this dealership as a place to stop by. I have not yet used their services, but I will be returning in the future to get my car serviced at this location based on the helpfulness of Brett and Sam. Much thanks to Brett for taking the time to explain the vehicles's features and showing where/how everything is located/accessed in the vehicle, transferring my license plates, and including the accessories exactly as I had asked for. I was running late after getting off work later than expected, yet they still managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment shortly before closing. I was extremely impressed by their level or preparedness, product knowledge, and transparency in understanding what I was looking for in a vehicle, and outlining all the options I should consider. The honesty and transparency of the sales staff really set this dealership apart from the other ones I've visited, as the sales staff thoroughly outlined the applicable promotions/discounts when discussing the payment options. Throughout the entire process from test driving to purchase and after-sales communication, responses were timely and quick, and I was always up to date with the status of the delivery.
